SimpleTune

Installation:

1. Download the file that pertains to your platform.
2. Unzip
3. Run either ST.bat or ST.sh depending on your platform. Mac weenies will have to use that ohhh so scary terminal program with all those ugly typed commands! Ohhh NOES! 

Usage (Its simple, got it?):

1. 3 icons to open, save and close ROMs.
2. Use the tree to open maps.
3. Typical cut and paste between tables and Excel. CTRL-C CTRL-v
4. Fine and coarse increment for selected cells.
5. Add, multiply and set buttons for selected cells.
6. Smooth button to make map areas neat. As stated earlier, this does what it can but its not perfect.
7. Scale button to toggle scale mode. When button is red, double click on either X or Y axis headers, type in new value, hit enter and watch corresponding cell values change. Very useful when you start hitting higher loads and need to rescale maps. Please note that the coarse/fine/increment/add/set/multiply buttons do not work with scale mode. I'm too tired to deal with that "issue"
