NOUN: Enugu and Port Harcourt Study Centre’s commenced and ended matriculation successful
The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Abdalla Uba Adamu, represented by the Centre Director, Prof. Alexander Uche Onyia, delivered the VC’s address.
Administrative officer, Lawrence U. Iyi, represented the Registrar, Mr Felix Edoka, who administered the oath to students.

The 18th Matriculation Ceremony of the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) at Port Harcourt Study Centre was very successful.

Presiding over the proceedings at the event was the centre director, Prof. Shirley Yul-Ifode, who also represented the vice-chancellor, Prof. Abdalla Uba Adamu.
Along with Yul-Ifode were the Asst Registrar, Mrs. Mary Bassey, who represented the registrar, Mr. Felix Edoka, and other senior staff of the centre.
