Grahamstown excessive courtroom has sentenced a 36-year-old Japanese Cape man to twenty years in jail.
Kwanele Mqeni was arrested in September, 2019 for killing his 74-year-old mom.
Based on the Police, in July 2019, Mqeni was first arrested for assaulting his members of the family at Diphini Locality, Mooiplaas Village, East London.
Mqeni’s mom submitted a press release to the East London Justice of the Peace’s courtroom requesting her son to be launched.
Her request was granted and he was launched on warning on September 2.
On the night time he was launched, he stabbed his 74-year-old mom.
