The Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse has supported and welcomed the transfer made by Eskom to droop Eskom plant managers, saying it depicts a notion to officers who usually are not held accountable for years.
“We welcome that transfer from a civil society perspective. It should ship a message to a lot of the officers working contained in the Eskom system, that it is crucial they take their job significantly,” stated Outa’s Ronald Chauke.
After the implementation of Stage 4 load-shedding this week, the facility utility suspended managers of the Kendal and Tutuka energy stations pending disciplinary processes.
Eskom partly blamed the latest energy outages on the failure(s) of the managers and declared that weak administration received’t be accepted anymore.
