Tow truck driver falls into manhole at accident scene, sustains serious injuries

A Tow operator fell into an open water inspection drain that was 5m deep on Sunday night time.

The tow operator was severely injured after he fell into the water inspection drain which had considered one of its covers lacking.

Based on Netcare 911 spokesperson, Shawn Herbst, he mentioned paramedics had been notified concerning the collision which occurred at 9.40pm on Sunday.
