Hawks workforce arrested the needed suspect throughout an operation in Hillbrow.
The 31-year-old CIT suspect was caught through the multi-pronged operation by numerous regulation enforcement businesses on Friday.
Hawks North West spokesperson Capt Tlangelani Rikhotso stated through the heist in 2019 “the closely armed suspects allegedly used two autos to drive an armoured car to a halt on the intersections of Fatima Bayat and Bosch streets in Rustenburg.”
“They then used explosives to blow open the safes of the armoured car and made off with an undisclosed amount of cash,” Captain Tlangelani Rikhotso stated in a press release on Saturday.
The person is predicted to seem on the Rustenburg Magistrates Courtroom on Monday.
